Our mission
Real-life strategy to reach your goals.
As people of God, we gather to praise him, listen to him, and respond. We nurture each other in faith and obedience to Christ. We love and care for one another as God’s people. We commit ourselves to serving and tell others about Jesus’ greatness. We pursue God’s justice and peace in every area of life.
History of the Ministry
Real-life strategy to reach your goals.
The Care Mission Ministry commenced in 2018 when Pastor Mbasa Rugigana came up with a home- cell of nine brethren who were his neighbours and close associates. These are the members who desired to be freed from bondage of poverty and unemployment to be freed by God from world satanic oppression through evangelization.
In July 2019, it was necessary to commence an online Ministry which grew steadily, and by 2022 it had spread to five continents.
The Ministry has full presence in Rwanda, Zambia and Uganda ( is opening soon).

We believe in the Bible as the only inspired, trustworthy, and true, without error, Word of God. (2 Timothy 3:16-17)
The Godhead: “Our God is one but manifested in three persons, the father, the son and the Holy Spirit being co-equal”. While God the father is believed to be greater than all. God the father is believed to be the giver of the word and the begetter. The son is regarded as the one begotten, the word flesh covered. While “the Holy Spirit proceeds from both the father and the son and is eternal.” (Ephesians 4:4-5; 1 Corinthians 8:6; Matthew 28:19)
We believe in the rapture of the church, and the Second Coming of Christ (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17; Matthew 24:29-30).
We believe Jesus Christ is God, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His death that paid for our sin through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension/rising up to the right hand of the Father and in His personal return in power and glory. (John 1:1; Matthew 1:18,25; Hebrews 4:15; Hebrews 9:15-22; 1 Corinthians 15:1-8; Acts 1:9-11; Hebrews 9:27-28)
We believe that acceptance of Jesus Christ and the corresponding renewal of the Holy Spirit are the only paths to salvation for lost/sinful men and women. (John 3:16; John 5:24; Titus 3:3-7)
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, who lives within and guides Christians, so they are enabled to live Godly lives. (John 14:15-26; John 16:5-16; Ephesians 1:13-14)
We believe that the only means of being cleansed from sin is repentance and faith in the precious blood of Jesus Christ (Acts 3:19, Luke 24:47, Ephesians 1:7)
We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ, which all believers are members of His body, the Church. (Philippians 2:1-4).
Our Core Values
Real-life strategy to reach your goals.
Core Values: Unity in Christ; Worship and Praise; Teaching and Preaching; Giving, Missions and Ministry; Fellowship; and Prayer Community.
1. Unity in Christ
The members of Care Mission Ministry are bound together as one Body in Christ, striving to live a life worthy of calling with one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all. Unity in Spirit demands humility, obedience, patience, respect, compassion, and love which covers all.
2. Worship and Praise
The members of Care Mission Ministry are covenanted to worship God through prayer, praise, honor and thanksgiving. Our corporate worship includes preaching, music, prayer, and thanksgiving. Together we gather before the Lord in hope of personal transformation. ( Psalms 27:6)
3. Teaching and Preaching
The members of Care Mission Ministry are devoted to the Word of God; use our gifts to share the salvation message of repentance and forgiveness. As followers of Christ, we faithfully and sincerely proclaim His compassion and love to each other and to the entire world. Our goal is a transformed will and a committed heart in service of Jesus Christ. We prayerfully and deliberately spread God’s Word by reaching out in love and faith, preaching, teaching and baptizing so that all have the opportunity to receiving salvation through the Holy Spirit.
- 4. Giving, Missions, Community and Ministry
The members of Care Mission Ministry cheerfully offer their time, spiritual gifts, and financial resources to honor Christ and to support His Kingdom through Missions, Community support and Ministry. Spiritual giving demonstrates love, faith, and devotion to God and others in accordance with what we have been given. Matthew 25:40 – And the King will answer and say to them, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.’
- 5. Discipleship, Fellowship and Pastoral Care
To enhance the growth, transformation, and multiplication of believers through intentional discipleship.
6. Prayer
The members of Care Mission Ministry are devoted to corporate individual prayers. We seek to know God’s will through adoration, confession, thanksgiving, and supplication. We commit to joyful, constant, compassionate, and attentive communion with God.
7. Marriage and Family Ministry
To strengthen the family institution through effective ministry to married and single persons.
8. Missions, Outreach and Church Planting Ministry
